Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce, a name you can depend upon!
I was glad to have the opportuntiy to try Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce. Created by Bob Edson, it is an entraupeneur’s dream. The dream began with Country Bob perfecting his sauce in 1968, giving it to friends and family and selling it starting in 1977. Eventually, in October 1982, a corporation with equal ownership was formed between Bob Edson, Terry Edson, Al Malekovic and Reed Malekovic. Since then, distribution has exploded. The product line has expanded from the Origional All Purpose Sauce to include BBQ Sauce, Seasoning Salt and Spicy All Pupose Sauce. You may order online at Countrybobs.com and have your order delivered right to your door. In addition they offer a gift pack with a cookbook,  quite a few, great sounding recipes and even a Country Bob’s t-shirt! While it sounded great, I knew that since we eat so little meat, this could be challenging. But, I thought, why not buy some, have a special dinner and give it a try! I decided to become a bit creative first and add Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce to some of our regular family recipes. First came “spicy beans and rice” – it was a hit. I then added it to a couple of other dishes –  ”squash casserole” and “lentils and rice”. No none else knew I added the sauce to these dishes. The decision was unanimous, everyone liked it! I am sure there are dishes that would not be complimented by Country Bob’s, it added a great flavor to everything I used it in.
